Suzanne Lovell

Hello, I’m Suzanne Lovell, a freelance Executive Assistant (EA) / Virtual Assistant (VA).

Until the summer of 2019, I had never heard of a Virtual Assistant, but wanted to be a "handy woman” - someone to help businesses on a flexible basis. I soon realised there was such a thing, more commonly labelled a VA, and began my journey as a VA in September that year.

I loved my work, but missed the connections you build when you work directly with people, so I now also offer EA services in person, on site.

Prior to becoming a freelance EA / VA, I co-founded a small family business, managing the office, sales, customer relationships, finance, IT support and strategy, and recruitment. This, along with my web development background, gave me a strong basis on which to support other businesses.
