Prior to becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was a website developer, writing the code behind a website to make it function. So I have the technical skills to fill any technical gaps you may have in your business:

My technical specialities are:

  • building and updating websites

  • helping your website to be found, through SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and Google Business Profiles

  • sending out email campaigns using Mail Chimp or similar

  • creating spreadsheets to automate calculations and increase efficiency

Finance

I have used Xero for several years, for my own accounting purposes and my clients’, to accurately record and report on financial transactions. With a strong understanding of its features, I can help you manage your finances efficiently.

Project Management

From organising a Christmas party, to managing an office move, I am on hand to take a project off your plate, and leave you to focus on what’s important.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

I’m like an employee, only there’s no tie-in, and I provide my own equipment:

  • Pay an hourly rate

  • Only pay for the hours worked, in 5 minute increments

  • Time is tracked on a web app

  • You could pay a retainer, e.g. 5 hours per week, for a lower rate
